I created my current mailing by exploring my own north-end neighborhood of Palm Springs with my camera - to provide examples of the wonderful and varied architecture that Chino Canyon has to offer.
With the arrival - pun intended - of the new "Arrive" hotel in the immediate area, and proximity to the exclusive Old Las Palmas neighborhood, Chino Canyon has become an "it" neighborhood for renovation and construction of residential and business properties.
Arrive Palm Springs advertises itself as "built for the neighborhood"!
